In the summer of 2025, a quiet Richmond, Virginia neighborhood was unsettled by the discovery of a beloved resident's untimely death. Teresa Jackson, a 64-year-old woman, was found deceased in her home on Rosecrest Avenue on the morning of Tuesday, July 8th. The circumstances of her death immediately pointed towards a violent end, prompting a thorough homicide investigation by the Richmond Police Department.
