Barbara Stinnett, a 26-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost her life on February 9, 2011. The circumstances surrounding her death were deeply distressing, as she was the victim of a violent crime. Barbara, affectionately known as "Bobbie," was survived by her young son, Ramone Newton, and her parents, Billy and Virginia Cashwell.
