On a cold February evening in 2011, the life of 26-year-old Barbara Ann 'Bobbie' Stinnett was tragically cut short in a violent act that unfolded on a Richmond, Virginia street. The young mother was fatally wounded in what authorities believe was a robbery attempt that escalated to a double shooting. Another male victim was also shot during the incident but survived his injuries.
