Jessica Brianne Rogers, a 21-year-old woman from Henrico, Virginia, tragically lost her life on January 13, 2018. On that evening, officers responded to a call at the 4100 block of Townhouse Road around 10:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Jessica suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. She was immediately transported to a local hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.
