In the quiet community of Chesterfield, just south of Richmond, Virginia, a deeply unsettling event shattered the peace on November 18, 2022. On that day, 13-year-old female Kaelyn Parson was found tragically deceased in her home. The grim discovery was made after her mother, 39-year-old JoAnna Cottle, placed a desperate 911 call to report a possible intruder at their residence on Laurel Oak Road.
