In the winter of 2010, the discovery of a car parked at an apartment complex in the 1900 block of Hopkins Road in Richmond, Virginia, brought a tragic end to the search for two missing individuals. Inside the vehicle, authorities found the bodies of 54-year-old Angela Laverne Moore, a Black female, and Tracy O. Scott.
