On the morning of December 22, 2011, Bonnie Clarke Marrow, a 56-year-old African-American female, was found unresponsive in her vehicle in the Church Hill area of Richmond, Virginia. The car was still running when officers arrived at the 1100 block of North 25th Street. It was discovered that Marrow had sustained a gunshot wound.
