On the evening of September 12, 2022, 15-year-old Tynashia “Nae” Humphrey was walking to a store in her Gilpin Court neighborhood in Richmond, Virginia, when her life was tragically cut short. An honor roll student at Armstrong High School, she was caught in the crossfire of a gang-related drive-by shooting and was struck by a bullet not intended for her.
