Amiya Moses, a 12-year-old girl from Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost her life on December 19, 2015. She was visiting a friend's apartment in the 4900 block of Old Brook Road when she was struck by a stray bullet. The shooting was part of an ongoing neighborhood dispute, and Amiya was an innocent victim caught in the crossfire. Despite being rushed to the hospital, she succumbed to her injuries.
