In the early morning hours of April 27, 2023, the life of 26-year-old Kwanasia Keisha Clark was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire in Richmond, Virginia. The incident unfolded around 2:20 a.m. in the 2200 block of Halifax Avenue, near a neighborhood playground in the Oak Grove area. Richmond Police were called to the scene following reports of a shooting and discovered a chaotic situation with three women having been shot.
