Kwanasia "Keisha" Clark, a 26-year-old woman from Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost her life in a shooting incident on April 27, 2023. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:20 a.m., in the 2200 block of Halifax Avenue, located in the Oak Grove area near a neighborhood playground.
