An 18-year-old Black female, Jahmeique L. Phillips, was tragically killed in a shooting on the afternoon of Sunday, December 11, 2016, in Richmond, Virginia. The incident occurred on Q Street in the Mosby Court area, where another woman was also injured. Both victims were transported to a local hospital, where Phillips succumbed to her injuries.
