A bright smile that could light up any room was tragically extinguished on February 20, 2016, when Marquetta Yvonne Harris was killed in Richmond, Virginia. A vibrant 39-year-old woman, she was known by her loved ones as 'Quetta'. Her life was cut short by an act of gun violence that also claimed the life of 40-year-old Cory J. Holmes.
Born in Richmond on November 11, 1976, Marquetta was a product of the Richmond Public School system and was a dedicated employee at Direct Mail Solutions.
