In the quiet early morning hours of November 18, 2022, a sense of unease settled over a home on Laurel Oak Road in Chesterfield County, Virginia, just south of Richmond. Inside, 39-year-old JoAnna Marie Cottle, a White female, was about to face a tragic end to her life. A frantic 911 call was made by JoAnna reporting a suspicious person lurking outside her residence.
