Kemberly A. M. Williams, aged 49, tragically lost her life on March 24, 2016, in Richmond, Virginia. Her death was officially classified as a homicide by the Richmond Police Department. According to reports, Ms. Williams was struck by a stray bullet while she was watching television in her home. The bullet was fired from outside the house, making her an unintended victim of the shooting.
