A 49-year-old woman, Kemberly A. M. Williams, tragically lost her life on the evening of March 24, 2016, in a senseless act of violence in Richmond, Virginia. Williams was in the sanctuary of her own home, watching television, when a stray bullet pierced through the residence and struck her.
