On March 8, 2023, at approximately 10:02 p.m., Richmond Police officers responded to the 1100 block of Hollister Avenue to assist the Richmond Fire Department. Upon arrival, they discovered 39-year-old Richmond resident, Asha Hite, with an apparent gunshot wound. Tragically, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
