Diamond Renee' Cox, a 21-year-old woman from Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost her life in a shooting incident on May 19, 2023. The incident occurred in the early morning hours, at approximately 3:41 a.m., in the 3400 block of Howard Road in Henrico County.
