Angelo Dayvon Johnson, a 28-year-old resident of Hagerstown, Maryland, tragically lost his life on April 19, 2018. The incident occurred in the evening when Johnson was standing by a car on West Church Street with Cody Allen Russ and two brothers, eating pizza. Without any preceding argument or altercation, Russ shot Johnson three times, leading to his death. Johnson was pronounced dead within an hour at Meritus Medical Center from the gunshot wounds.
