Muslimah Intersan Muhammad, a 36-year-old resident of Hagerstown, Maryland, tragically lost her life on January 15, 2017. The incident occurred at an apartment on East Washington Street, where Hagerstown Police responded to a medical emergency call. Upon arrival, officers found Muhammad suffering from a gunshot wound.
