Anthony Wayne Mazingo, aged 48, from Hagerstown, MD, died on September 26, 2017, at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD, after being shot on September 24, 2017. The incident occurred at the corner of Salem and McDowell avenues in Hagerstown. According to court documents and trial testimonies, Mazingo was shot twice in the back of the head by a man who exited a vehicle and approached him.
