Kevin Michael Shepherd, a 38-year-old resident of Hagerstown, Maryland, tragically lost his life on Friday, January 26, 2024, as the victim of a violent crime. His body was discovered in the West End area of Hagerstown, specifically to the rear of the 1200 block of Marshall Street, where police found him deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.
