Joseph Cort Burgess, a 51-year-old Caucasian male, tragically died on November 28, 2020, near the Hamilton Heights area in Montana. His death was the result of a fatal gunshot wound. On that day, Burgess was waiting in a vehicle when his partner returned. As a rifle was being placed inside the truck, it accidentally discharged, striking and killing him.
