James Andrew Brown, aged 39, tragically lost his life on January 6, 2018, in Hagerstown, Maryland. The incident occurred late at night when Brown was found mortally wounded in a downtown alley. He had suffered gunshot wounds to his face and chest and was discovered clutching a large knife in one of his hands.
