Jermaine Reed, a 27-year-old resident of Hagerstown, Maryland, was tragically killed on March 17, 2022. The incident occurred in the West End of Hagerstown, near Alexander and Dale streets. Reed was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to Meritus Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
