Roderick Rashan White, a 40-year-old man from Greensboro, North Carolina, was found shot to death in the parking lot of the Plaza Inn and Suites in Hagerstown, Maryland, on January 30, 2021. The Hagerstown Police Department responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 4:40 AM and discovered White's body with an apparent gunshot wound.
