In the Portland neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky, a 23-year-old male named Keiandre Grinstead was fatally shot on February 19, 2015. The incident occurred near the intersection of 28th and Bank Streets. Following the shooting, a woman attempted to transport Grinstead to the hospital. Emergency medical services met them at 16th and Broadway, and he was taken to University Hospital where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
