On a Tuesday night, October 5, 2021, the life of Steven Q. Vanover, Jr., a 46-year-old White/Caucasian male from Louisville, Kentucky, was tragically cut short. Responding to a report of a shooting at approximately 10:30 p.m., Louisville Metro Police Department officers made their way to the 3800 block of Blevins Gap Road.
