In the winter of 2015, the life of 18-year-old Anthony Smith Jr. was cut short on a Saturday in Louisville, Kentucky. A senior at Western High School with a passion for rapping, his future was abruptly ended by gunfire. The incident that claimed the young man's life unfolded on Adrienne Way, not far from his school.
