In the quiet moments of an April evening in Wichita, Kansas, the life of Stanislaus Saiz, a 57-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically cut short. On April 16, 2017, Saiz was seated in his vehicle in front of a residence at 646 N. Edwards when an unknown individual approached. Without warning, the assailant opened fire on the vehicle, striking and fatally wounding Saiz.
