In the early morning hours of September 18, 2021, a dispute inside a Hagerstown, Maryland apartment tragically cut short the life of 21-year-old Donavan Ahmod Disney. Originally from Martinsburg, West Virginia, Disney, a male, was visiting the residence at 201 E. Franklin Street when an altercation erupted.
