Christopher Wachter, a 23-year-old resident of Hagerstown, Maryland, tragically lost his life on June 5, 2014, in what authorities have determined to be a murder-suicide. The incident occurred in a home located on Dawn Drive in the unincorporated community of Halfway, near Hagerstown.
