Cody Brian Lynn, a 22-year-old BMX racer from Hagerstown, MD, tragically lost his life on November 12, 2018. He was shot at an apartment located at 216 N. Locust St. in Hagerstown, where he had gone to visit someone. The incident occurred following a drug theft outside the apartment earlier that day.
