In the early hours of a Friday morning in Hagerstown, Maryland, the life of 20-year-old Cameron Thomas Tibbs was tragically cut short. On January 13, 2017, a dispute escalated into fatal violence near the intersection of Liberty Street and North Cannon Avenue, leaving the young man with multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency services transported him to Meritus Medical Center, but his injuries proved too severe, and he was pronounced dead.
