Tony Boulos, a 41-year-old employee of the Shop 'N Go in Norfolk, Virginia, was tragically shot and killed on November 29, 2016. On that fateful day, police responded to a call at the 600 block of E. Liberty Street, where they found Boulos lying in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds.
