Tony Boulos, a 41-year-old employee of the Shop 'N Go in Norfolk, Virginia, was tragically shot and killed on November 29, 2016. On that fateful day, police responded to a call at the 600 block of E. Liberty Street, where they found Boulos lying in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being quickly transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
