On a tragic November night in 2016, a life was abruptly cut short in Norfolk, Virginia. Tony Boulos, a 41-year-old male employee of the Shop 'N Go on East Liberty Street, was closing the store when he was fatally shot. Just after midnight on November 29th, police responded to a call about a gunshot victim and discovered Boulos in the parking lot, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
