Antonio Parker, a 20-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on January 28, 2018. The incident occurred in the 800 block of Cedar Street, where Norfolk Police responded to a call at approximately 5:15 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Parker inside an apartment suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for treatment but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
