In the early evening of January 28, 2018, the life of 20-year-old Antonio I. Parker was tragically cut short in Norfolk, Virginia. Just after 5:15 p.m., a call reporting a gunshot disturbance brought police to an apartment on Cedar Street. Inside, they found Antonio suffering from a gunshot wound. He was a resident of the 800 block of Cedar Street, the very same block where the unfortunate event unfolded.
