On the evening of January 9, 2022, the city of Norfolk, Virginia, was rocked by a violent shooting that claimed the life of 28-year-old Keith D. Winstead. A Black / African American male, Winstead was one of three victims in a triple shooting that unfolded inside a residence on Jerome Avenue.
