In the late hours of a Wednesday night in Norfolk, Virginia, tragedy struck a young man just beginning his adult life. On May 11, 2022, shortly before midnight, police responded to a report of a gunshot disturbance in the 5400 block of Greenplain Road. Upon their arrival, they discovered 22-year-old Marvin J. Milton Jr. suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. Emergency services transported him to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries the following day, May ...
