Lanxter L. Kuykendall, aged 44, tragically lost his life on January 3, 2018, in Norfolk, Virginia. The incident occurred around 6:00 p.m. in the parking lot of an apartment complex located at 423 E. Little Creek Road. Multiple calls to dispatch reported a man lying on the ground, and upon arrival, officers found Kuykendall suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
