Richard Hamm, a 57-year-old resident of Goochland, Virginia, tragically lost his life on August 31, 2017. He was found with gunshot wounds to his chest near his home in Sandy Hook late on the night of August 31st. Deputies discovered him around 10:30 p.m., and he was quickly transported to Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest, where he was pronounced dead shortly after midnight.
