Michael I. Rivera-Rubert, a 27-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on September 4, 2022. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:25 a.m., in the parking lot of 871 N. Military Highway. Police responded to a call reporting gunshots and found Rivera-Rubert suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. Despite efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
