Mark Rodriguez, a 17-year-old student from Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on May 30, 2014, in a random shooting spree. Mark was returning home from a graduation party when he was struck by gunfire. The incident occurred as he was driving his red minivan, which eventually came to a stop in the median on Chesapeake Boulevard. Mark had just completed his junior year at Norfolk Christian Schools and was known for his role as the high school worship leader.
