Quontrell D. Snowden, aged 31, tragically passed away on May 29, 2019, in Norfolk, Virginia. The incident occurred late at night near St. Paul's Boulevard, close to a McDonald's and Norfolk Fire-Rescue Station 1. According to reports, Snowden was found suffering from gunshot wounds and was immediately transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
