In the Huntersville section of Norfolk, Virginia, a Sunday morning was shattered by the sound of gunfire. On February 7, 2016, 21-year-old Kevin C. Green, a Black male, was fatally shot multiple times outside of his home in the 1000 block of Anderson Street. Shortly after 10 a.m., police received several calls about gunshots in the area of Anderson and Taggart streets. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Green unresponsive on the ground in front of his residence.
