Phillip Doxey, a 21-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 6, 2011. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, just before 2 a.m., when police responded to reports of a shooting in the 500 block of Ashlawn Drive. Upon arrival, officers found Doxey suffering from gunshot wounds in a parking lot. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
