In the early morning hours of November 6, 2011, the life of 21-year-old Phillip Doxey was tragically cut short in Norfolk, Virginia. A male, he was discovered in a parking lot in the 500 block of Ashlawn Drive, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene. At the time of his death, friends revealed that Doxey was eagerly anticipating the birth of his child.
