In the early morning hours of November 6, 2011, the life of 21-year-old Phillip Doxey was tragically cut short in Norfolk, Virginia. A male, he was discovered in a parking lot in the 500 block of Ashlawn Drive, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
