In the spring of 2026, the life of 18-year-old Brandon W. Carter Jr. was tragically cut short in Norfolk, Virginia. On the afternoon of Friday, May 22nd, police responded to a call around 1:10 p.m. at 7501 Tidewater Drive, where they discovered Carter inside a car, suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
