Shelton L. Jordan Jr., a 19-year-old resident of Chesapeake, Virginia, was fatally shot on October 27, 2023, in Norfolk, Virginia. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. near the intersection of Berkley Avenue Ext and Todd Street.
