On a Wednesday evening in Norfolk, Virginia, the life of 63-year-old Norman L. Robinson was tragically cut short. On January 15, 2020, at approximately 9:40 p.m., police responded to a report of a gunshot disturbance in the 2100 block of Pershing Avenue.
