Jalaun Latavis Colbert, a 28-year-old man from Norfolk, Virginia, was fatally shot on July 3, 2023. The incident occurred around 10:07 p.m. in the 2900 block of Hollister Avenue. When police responded to reports of shots fired in the area, they found Colbert suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
