D’Vurille D. Bailey, a 23-year-old man from Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on July 31, 2022, following a shooting incident in Norfolk. On that fateful evening, Norfolk police responded to reports of a gunshot victim in the 1600 block of Manson Street around 9:05 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Bailey suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
