On February 27, 2024, shortly after 7:41 p.m., Norfolk Police responded to a shooting incident in the 300 block of Harbor Pointe Court in the Campostella area of Norfolk, Virginia. Upon arrival, officers found 25-year-old Denard S. Stephenson Jr. of Chesapeake suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
