In the autumn of 2021, a young man's life was tragically cut short on a street in Norfolk, Virginia. On the evening of October 25th, Wykeen D. Cuffee, a 22-year-old male, was found in the 700 block of B Avenue with a life-threatening gunshot wound. The call came in to police dispatch at approximately 9:20 p.m., reporting a person had been shot.
