Naier L. Brown, a 25-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on July 29, 2020. The incident occurred in the Park Place neighborhood, specifically in the 300 block of West 29th Street near Llewellyn Avenue. The Norfolk Police Department received a call around 4:30 p.m. reporting a shooting in the area. Upon arrival, officers found Brown suffering from gunshot wounds.
